Breakfast with Santa

Sam had his first encounter with Santa and Mrs. Claus this past week at the zoo Breakfast with Santa. He really liked tugging on Santa's beard! He enjoyed watching the train display too.

Oh Christmas Tree

Big Brother Sam!

Sam and Nick are happy to share the news that they are soon going to both be big brothers! A new little brother will be joining the Horn family in March!

Sam's First Halloween!

Sam had a lot of fun on his first Halloween! He accompanied his firefighter big brother as a dalmatian dog. He went to parties with his Gymboree class, playgroup pals, and trick or treating at the ZooBoo.

Sam enjoyed a recent trip to the zoo visiting with his friends, the sea lions!

Fall hike

Sam and his family went a hike to enjoy the beautiful fall colors. Sam liked riding on Daddy's back and reaching for all the leaves.

Sam has recently began feeding himself. His favorite food right now seems to be blueberry waffles! Here is a cute picture of Sam enjoying a sunny morning in his stroller.

Walt Disney World

Sam made his first airplane flight to Orlando, FL to visit Disney World with his big brother Nick, Mommy and Daddy. Sam was very easy going and went along with the family through the Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom and learned to sleep when he was tired. While we were away Sam had 2 milestones occur- He began saying "DaDa" and he got his first tooth!

Feeding time!

Sam is sitting in the highchair now and enjoying solid foods. Nick likes to do his part in helping to feed his little brother!

Vacation at Lake Michigan

Sam enjoyed a recent vacation at Lake Michigan with his Mommy, Daddy, and big brother Nick. Sam seems to be made for the beach! He was quite good at being a "beach bum" and did his favorite thing- chilled out! Sam also enjoyed a visit to the Hesston Train Museum and spending time at the pool.
